This cemetery serves Entiat, and the Entiat Valley. It is maintained by Chelan County Cemetery District Number 1. The land for the cemetery was donated by Hettie Bonar Martin.
Jessie D. Bonar came to the Entiat Valley around 1893 and on January 21, 1895, married Minnie M. Gray.
The turn-off for Entiat River Road is located at the north end of the bridge over the Entiat River along Highway 97 Alternate. Entiat River Road runs along the right side of the Entiat River. Follow the road until just past mile marker 4. The cemetery, although up on a small hill, can be seen from Entiat River Road. Turn onto Cemetery Road and continue up the hill until you reach the cemetery. The road is paved except directly in front of the cemetery where it is gravel.
