Leavenworth Cemetery (on North Road)

The cemetery is located on a hillside between some apple orchards just outside of Leavenworth. The cemetery is in good shape, being maintained by families in Leavenworth.

The cemetery is located on North Road between Leavenworth and Peshastin. To reach North Road from Leavenworth take the Chumstick Highway turnoff (State Route 209). The North Road turn off is just past the Cascade High School. To reach North Road from Peshastin. Take the Peshastin turn-off from State Highway 2 and continue down Main Street. You'll come to a underpass. After the underpass turn left. This is also Main Street but will turn into North Road. Just continue down North Road. You will pass Peshastin Cemetery along the way. The Leavenworth Cemetery is not visible from North Road. There is a small wooden sign that can be seen from the road saying Leavenworth Cemetery. Follow the dirt road through the orchards. The road will fork. Continue straight. The cemetery is quite large and dirt roads run throughout.
