The Little Wenatchee River begins by the Snohomish and Chelan County border in the Henry M Jackson Wilderness. It continues down between Wenatchee Ridge and Cady Ridge where it will run by the Little Wenatchee Ford Campground. From the Little Wenatchee Ford Campground the river next passes by Lake Creek Campground (lake Wenatchee) below Labyrinth Mountain.
The next few campgrounds along the Little Wenatchee River are Soda Springs Campground and the Riverside Campground site (walk-in only).
The river will continue running below Wenatchee Ridge on the northside and then shortly along Nason Ridge on the south before entering Lake Wenatchee.
The Little Wenatchee River is also a popular place for kayaking.
