Named after a basalt outcropping resembling the profile of Abraham Lincoln, the 80 acre park features 27 tent spaces and 67 utility spaces. 32 full hookup utility sites and 35 with just electricity and water.
The park has two miles of hiking/biking trails, a swimming area with beach, large lawns, an amphitheater, volleyball fields, 3 kitchen shelters with electricity, 30 sheltered picnic tables, and 50 unsheltered picnic tables.

The park is located off US Highway 2 between East Wenatchee and Orondo just upriver from Rocky Reach Dam.
