The Evergreen Reservoir lies approximately 8 miles southwest of Quincy. It was constructed in 1950 by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation. The reservoir is part of the Quincy Lakes Wildlife Area. The reservoir features perch, bass, walleye, and warmwater species.
The Evergreen Lake Reservoir has two public boat access points along the northern shore and one primitive boat access point on the western shore. Camping and restrooms are available at all three access points.
